The Angi service is totally undependable. If you choose to Utilise their contractors, DO NOT….Practise Not pay up front. Contractors are clearly non vetted and the Angi complaints process is deliberately difficult.

It was a very small job just required detail, artistic knowledge and customization. CS WELDING & Fe WORKS did great job, fabricated the custom piece quickly, showed up on time, friendly, professional and at a reasonable price! Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend them whatsoever project! (big or small).

Eduardo Bertrand was so very nice
Eduardo Bertrand was and then very nice. There was a mixup. He was supposed to be here @ 9am and I was upset but he sent me a text saying information technology was going to be closer to 10am. Well I don't have text. I know I am ane of the only people in the world who doesn't have text. And then I deleted my not and so happy experience review and I am replacing it with a very happy review. He was prissy, clean, knew what to do and he took intendance of the work I needed done. I need to remember to let people know that I dont have text on my cell telephone or my landline from now on. Thanks Angi and I did appreciate the work done.

Angi is a complete scam, I spent 30 minutes on the phone to volume a bath remodel, I was told repeatedly that a consummate bath remodel would be completed for $275. Tile removal, tile installation, plumbing, electrical, and drywall; all performed for $275 if I provided the materials. The contractor showed upwards and told me he came for a pocket-size plumbing repair not a bathroom remodel. I explicitly asked the Angi representative to ostend that all services would be provided for $275, to which he did. After the contractor left and I reported to Angi that the service appointment was canceled, Angi charged my carte du jour the $275, and hid the charges on my business relationship so that I could not come across that they charged me. My credit menu bill came a calendar month later and that is how I found the charges. When I went to contact Angi through their app, it just would bring upwards a screen to requite their app a review rating, and would not provide a method for contacting Angi. Their website likewise does not list contact information. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with client service who told me they would refund me and that the contractor would exist blocked from future jobs. I replied that the Angi representative made the fault non the contractor, and so Maria the Angi customer service rep replied that I would no longer go a refund and that I was sent the booking information in advance- THE BOOKING IS FOR A Bath REMODEL. Kenneth was amazing! He was competitively priced, communicated well ahead of inflow and once here went over the process and what to do with the debris. He worked rapidly and not but did he practise an amazing job on the roof and gutters, he even provided photos and a video of some concerns with some tempest damage he constitute on our roof. Talk about thorough and awesome! He was very professional, merely also very friendly and personable. He genuinely showed interest in the well being of our abode and didn't try to "sell" the states other services.

I was suppose to take service at a vacant property at 8AM CST. I showed upwardly and waited to observe out they were not coming. When I called the first rep at Angies list, he said this is, and I quote "f" upwards." He said the contractor cancelled. They kept calling me. They then said they couldn't find anyone in my expanse. I can tell the people that I am speaking to are not class this area, that is why the difference in stories. Would not recommend.
